The Wine Wagon

Co-Op

The purpose of this Co-Op is to provide members with the opportunity to be involved in the wine making process from start to finish. You will be able to get as involved (or not) as you like. This website will have information on the grape harvest, crush, press, decision making, bottling and yes, tasting of the wine. This is meant to be a learning experience that's fun! We appreciate all comments and suggestions.

June 2005 Update

Current Inventory:  1 Barrel Each Zinfandel, Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon

(1 barrel = 25 cases)

The wine looks and tastes great! Should be a good year. Harvest may be a little late this year due to the unusually cool summer. We'll bottle 104 cases or so. This year we will break it up into 2 bottling days so we aren't dead at the end of the day!

Wine label artwork can be submitted anytime. We don't know what blends we are doing yet but the Varietal name can be added later. If you want personalized labels just let me know: jen@winewagon.com

Let's hope for some heat! Did I say that????
